Description
The Council of the Rural Municipality of Fillmore No. 96 (RM) will undertake a physical evaluation of the infrastructure of the municipality. In reviewing these assets, the RM will examine the Class, Condition, Capacity, Functional Capacity, Importance, Estimated Useful Life, and the Estimated Replacement Year.The RM will input the data collected into the Asset Management/TCA Software. From this data, a mapping feature will be created providing Council with a replacement plan for all the roads in the municipality. This will in turn be used to create an Asset Management Plan for the municipality.
