The RM of Martin will be completing an Asset Management Program to complete the Condition Assessment and Financial Valuations on all Culverts 600mm in Diameter or Greater, and All Roads within the RM. The program will focus on the actual condition, financial valuation, life cycle analysis, and projected replacement costs for each asset. By compiling this information, the RM will have a powerful tool for future planning of funds and resources.
