Description
The RM of Swift Current No. 137 will create and maintain an Asset Management (AM) program. The RMwill integrate AM practices, procedures, and training into the organization’s daily operations to work towards better AM data management. The RM will utilize PubWorks to validate current data and track new assets and updated information such as maintenance. This will ensure that the assets are kept up to date and will assist administration and Council with budgeting/forecasting and future capital planning. The RM will also develop a draft Asset Management Plan focused on the equipment asset category
