Description
The City of Thorold will complete an update to the Asset Management Plan for core (infrastructure) assets to comply with legislative requirements. The State of Infrastructure report will provide the most up-to-date information on the status of the City's infrastructure, consolidating current condition assessments, life expectancies and infrastructure deficits. The levels of service and performance measures will be reviewed and refined for a more accurate framework with which to grade and monitor infrastructure assets. An Asset Management Strategy, with a corresponding Financial Strategy will be developed to best guide resource allocation decisions. The update to the City's core Asset Management Plan will provide the most current information available upon which to guide asset management decisions and financial projections and ensure compliance with applicable legislation.
