Description
The Town of New Glasgow will complete an asset register which will include attributed data such as age,condition, and material. The information will be set up in spreadsheet format as well as GIS. A primaryfocus will be on operationalization of asset management, for which the Town will draft an AssetManagement Policy, complete a Level of Service analysis and staff training. The Town will also ensure thepreparation of State of Infrastructure Reports, to summarize and present the information in an easy to readand understand format for Council and the public. Renewal and replacement projects will be prioritizedthrough a risk assessment process to support a preliminary capital program for the Town.
