Description
The Town of Drayton Valley (TDV) will implement an Asset Management (AM) software system to improve its AM data, documentation, standardization, and plan. This project will also include software user training, data migration and implementation, as well as condition assessment of selected parks and traffic infrastructure. The project will allow TDV to standardize its asset condition rating and information, create a structured and consistent asset planning approach across the organization, and to improve and streamline its asset risks and needs assessment processes.
