Description
The Town of Massey Drive will capture all major assets (water distribution, sewer, storm, and road networks as well as major municipal-owned buildings and structures) in electronic format. All linear assets will be captured in GIS format. In addition to a fully functional Desktop GIS, an easy-to-use web mapping application will also be provided for the non- technical users.The Town will generate reports on life expectancy, condition and replacement costs of each major asset group using open-source spreadsheets Preliminary State of Infrastructure Reports (SOIR). Buildings and structures will be assessed and recorded through this spreadsheet format.
