Description
The Township of Warwick will develop an AM Policy and implement it while training staff to make assetmanagement (AM) decisions informed by the AM policy and plans. The Township will also investigatesoftware options to implement a "live" work order management software module that support its AM planand policy by creating more timely responses to issues relating to its capital asset inventory. Throughoutthis process, the Township will be sharing its work with 3 neighbouring municipalities and drawing upontheir work on other asset maangement program (AMP) enhancements to provide additional AM systemadvancements.
