Description
In this project, the City of Dawson Creek will acquire an Asset Management Planning database to be used to create a centralized Asset Management Plan. This plan will be developed by an Asset Management Team consisting of representatives from each department at the City. The plan will gather data concerning levels of service, asset life cycles, asset conditions, asset renewals and acquisitions, operating and maintenance and how all of these will fit into a balanced Budget that will be reviewed and ultimately passed by Council.
