Description
The Corporation of Tay Valley Township will perform building condition assessments on all of the buildings
owned by the Township. The Township will evaluate and produce a report focused on the architectural,
structural, mechanical and electrical portions of the Township buildings. The report will also include
recommendations, photos, and budget estimates. The report will be incorporated into the Township's Asset Management Plan.
