Description
The Town of Penhold plans to centralize its current Asset Management Data by purchasing a softwareupgrade to create an Asset Management (AM) database. The town will collect and assess current data on its assets including: roads, water, sewer, and facilities and input the data into the new system. This upgrade will allow for a streamlined approach on the Town’s Asset Management and provide ease in finding the age, cost, and condition of each of the assets once the transition is complete.
