Description
The Town of Coaldale is committed to further development of an asset management program, with a large focus on training and project development. The training will focus on why asset management is important, why commitment across the organization is required, and how to proceed with furthering our asset management program in an efficient and effective manner. This will allow Coaldale to implement the structure of a formalized asset management plan and policy; further assisting in the development and long term planning of Coaldale's infrastructure.
