Description
The Municipality of Meaford will complete an assessment of approximately 40% of the Municipality's taxsupportedfacilities in order to get a better understanding of the condition of the major components as wellas the facility as a whole. Long-term capital rehabilitation/replacements plans and annual maintenanceschedules will also be created by the Municipality to help staff budget for the short and long-term. In additionAccessibility assessments will also be completed to ensure the Municipality is in compliance to all legislationand regulations. Phase I was completed in 2016 for 40% of the Municipality's tax-supported facilities andincluded a focus on the higher utilized facilities.
