Description
As part of its Asset Management Planning project, the Spences Bridge Improvement District (SBID) will complete an initial inventory and financial analysis of current assets that include a Fire Truck, Fire Department equipment, a First Responder vehicle and the Fire Department training facilities, which includes an administration building and training grounds. A financial model and risk analysis will then be completed that incorporates replacement time lines, potential expenses over a 10 year horizon and a risk registry detailing compliance, communication, governance, financial, operational/program, external and strategic risk factors . The financial model and risk analysis will be included in a long-term asset management strategy to support and guide the SBID Board of Trustees in future strategic and financial management decisions.
