Description
The Town of Trenton will create asset management strategies, roadmaps, and asset-specific assetmanagement plans for the existing sanitary sewer system, street network, sidewalks and curbs, owned andmaintained by the Town. Asset management strategies, roadmaps, and asset-specific asset managementplans will improve the decision-making processes by bringing an additional layer of accountability andtransparency. This will also assist in achieving service delivery objectives in a cost-effective way, providethe basis for local economic development, and help minimize the possibility of infrastructure failuresensuring that plans are in place to mitigate the impacts on service delivery should an asset fail.
