Description
The Rural Municipality of Cornwallis will create a comprehensive asset management plan as well as design mechanisms and support systems that will allow to assess their assets’ conditions on an ongoing basis. The Municipality will build staff capacity through development of strategic planning, creating supporting documents such as updated job descriptions, and developing implementation supports. As a result, the community of Cornwallis will become well prepared to operationalize asset management into its day-to-day routines.
