Description
Mattawan will undertake the completion of an asset management policy and complete a maturityassessment, in order to both align itself with the upcoming Bill 6 regulation and begin the development ofits asset management program. The development of a holistic asset management program requires themunicipality to first identify where the gaps are and clearly outline how it will bridge those gaps and whereits program will go in the future. This new capacity will ensure that the municiplaity is building out the mosteffective and efficient asset management program that will assist with making better informed infrastructureinvestment decisions.
