Description
The City of Thetford Mines will conduct a comprehensive inventory of the municipal infrastructure under its responsibility and assess the condition of each item in order to produce an asset management plan. The City will also assess the costs of upgrading its infrastructure. To carry out this mandate, the City will seek advice from a firm specializing in asset management and will form an interdepartmental team for municipal asset management. Finally, the City will establish the short-, medium-, and long-term investment levels necessary to maintain its assets at an adequate level of service.
