Description
The Municipality of Central Manitoulin will update its Asset Management Plan which was last addressed comprehensively in 2013. The municipality will complete a gaps analysis on current Asset Management practices (from high-level management documents down to day-to-day habits of public works staff), update its inventory across several asset classes (road, culvert, building, and water asset classes), collect updated condition data on these core asset types, and develop a 1-3 year roadmap of next steps to improve it’s AM program for continued compliance with O.Reg 588/17.
