The Village of Laird will develop a Buildings and Facilities Asset Management Plan and complete a review and assessment of 3 to 5 building/facilities assets. The condition review and assessment will focus on the performance of the buildings and facilities in relation to their intended purpose and ability to meet the needs of the community. The outcome of the Asset Management Plan will provide the Village the necessary information in order to make data-informed decisions towards the overall management and funding of this asset class.
