Description
The City of Mount Pearl will create its first asset management plan for most major City assets (which includes underground, roads, minor facilities, and other infrastructure). The City will centralise basic inventory data for all assets, including information on general asset properties such as size, material location, installation date and some life cycle investment requirements. The Recipient will use the improved data driven performance measures and standardized condition rating systems for most asset groups to project future asset performance and corresponding expenditure strategy. It will develop policy and processes to help ensure future socio-economic growth of our community
