Description
The Town of Lunenburg staff will develop an asset management program. The Town will establish a measured approach to maintain assets and work towards informed decision making, instead of reactive operations. The funding program will support the Town's initiative to start to formalize an asset management program across the organization, establish the current level of service and further develop their water and wastewater database. The data will be added to the GIS database and provide a georeference for asset, along with pertinent attributes, such as size, age, condition.
