Description
The Township of Russell will undertake the development of an Asset Management Policy and data collection tools, as well as complete an Asset Management Maturity Assessment and Asset Management training. The Township will also assess the conditions of the following assets: facilities, parks, road network (roads, sidewalks, appurtenances), water mains, storm sewer mains, and sanitary sewer mains.These activities will assist in identifying overall organization gaps in Asset Management and better define roles and responsibilities through the Asset Management Policy. This new capacity will ensure that the Township of Russell is building an effective Asset Management program that will enable more informed infrastructure investment decisions.
