Description
The Rural Municipality of Tecumseh No. 65 will provide training on Asset Management (AM) to its employees and elected officials. The RM of Tecumseh No. 65 will then develop its AM Policy and an AM Plan for the following asset classes: roads (610 km), culverts, municipal buildings, and RM equipment. In building the AM plans, the RM of Tecumseh no. 65 will develop performance measures for its assets, will assess the condition of its assets, and will complete life-cycle analysis of its assets.The AM plan will lead to a long-range infrastructure sustainability plan that will determine optimal funding allocations and performance levels (i.e. Level of Service (LOS)). Then the Rural Municipality will develop a short-range detailed works program to meet those targets. This will provide a long-term approach to management of the assets consistent with our AM Plan.
