Description
The Rural Municipality of Riding Mountain West will set up a framework for an Asset Management Plan, strategy, and roadmap. As asset management is a continuous process, this project will improve asset management over time. The R.M. will create an Asset Management Policy, Strategy, and Plan for asset management, centralize the location of asset data, and train staff on basic asset management principles.The R.M.s goal is to extend the useful life of its current municipal assets. The services these assets provide are critical to ratepayers.
