Description
The R.M. of Val Marie No. 17’s project involves training senior staff in order to implement asset management from within the organization. The key tasks that the Town will complete are: getting high level planning documents in place in order to increase competency in policy and governance; to have staff training in the purpose, processes, and end result of asset management so that the planning can be done from within the organization; condition assessment report for all road assets and to be able to document to gap between current and desired conditions.
