Description
The City of Martensville will undertake three main activities in this project: conducting asset condition assessments, a comprehensive drainage review, and developing an Asset Management Plan (AMP). The asset condition assessments will be visual assessments of roads (not previously completed), sidewalks and curbs, pathways, sanitary sewer, stormwater infrastructure, and a desktop compilation of existing asset condition information. The comprehensive drainage review will include developing a storm model for the City. The creation of the AMP document will provide a comprehensive plan for managing all asset classes and provide recommendations for the establishment and ongoing work of the City's Asset Management program.
