Description
In Phase one of the project, the Recipient will develop a Strategic Asset Management Policy to identify municipal goals, plans and policies. Climate change vulnerabilities and capitalization thresholds will be addressed and public opinions sought. In Phase two, the Recipient will identify current levels of service, along with current performance, life cycle activities and growth considerations to develop an Asset Management Planning Financial Model. The Recipient, in concert with the other lower tier municipalities in Perth County, will procure a consultant to assist with both project phases. The scope of the project includes the generation of asset condition assessment templates and the addition of GIS data for the tree and streetlight inventory.
