Description
This project comprises two essential steps towards implementing asset management at all levels in the City of New Westminster: AM training to train “trainers” across department, and to provide training to operations supervisors and front-line staff with computerized maintenance management system. These initiatives will identify the links between our AM policy and other City operations, and equip individuals and their departments with the AM practices required to collectively meet both departmental and AM objectives. By establishing standard procedures and training, this project will ensure the City is coordinated to implement AM, with each staff playing a direct role in enhancing the AM system
