Description
The City of Moncton will develop an Asset Management Strategy to operationalize asset management.The Strategy includes preparing key performance indicators to measure performance as well asrecommendations for updating 5-year capital projects based on strategic goals.The City of Moncton will also undertake customer and technical levels of service assessments, develop riskand condition assessment policies. Standard operating procedures will be prepared to support coordinationand/or integration of cross-functional asset management activities.
