Description
The Town of View Royal will develop a long-term financial model that will support asset management decision making. In particular, the financial model will help the Town identify the risk associated with the current funding gap and help the Town develop a plan to bridge their funding gap. The Town's Asset Management policy will help hold current and future staff accountable to asset management-related decisions that were made in the Town’s Asset Management Plan and Long-term Financial Model. The Town will also develop a presentation template that staff will use to present Asset Management Plan updates to Council annually.
