Description
The Rural Municipality of Laird No. 404 will establish long-term strategic plans to identify asset managementpriorities for the Municipality. The RM will lay out timelines, a leadership and creating policies to continueasset management practices and establish an Asset Management Committee (AMC) and conduct training to guide Council's decision-making. The training will be used to further develop policies and procedures. The RM will work with Northbound Planning to obtain and create an Asset Management Plan for the community. Municipal Staff will learn about and discuss levels of service, risk management, and life cyclecosts associated with providing various services.
