Description
The Village of Spring Lake will conduct assessments on roads and municipal buildings to determine the current state of municipal assets in order to quantify costs for maintenance/remediation. The Village will use this data to develop a 10-Year Capital Plan to better manage its assets. Once the infrastructure items have been assessed, the Village will assign immediate, high, medium, and low priority work with associated capital costs for each asset to allow the Village to budget accordingly.
