Description
The Town of Pense will conduct condition assessment and modeling of the Town's water, sanitary sewer, storm water management, and transportation infrastructure. The assessment will include a review of the operation of each system, identification of priority maintenance, planning and growth projections and priorities, and short, medium, and long term capital planning. The Town will also pursue purchase of the Munisoft Pubworks GIS software and the resulting GIS database will provide critical information needed to ensure the proposed Asset Management Plan is implemented and changes in infrastructure are updated regularly.
