Description
Aligning with municipal affairs, we are recognizing the value of the investments that has been made to our Town's infrastructure, and the risk we face by not managing the assets for the long term. With that in mind, we wish to develop an asset management system/plan whereby we can access and understand the state of our current assets, our asset life cycle replacement costs, the required level of service, as well as our current asset risks. Having this asset management system/plan will enable our Council to make better decisions and in turn allow us to optimize maintenance activities and capital investment in the years to come.
