Description
The Township of Greater Madawaska will be conducting inspection on roads and facilities, its largest and most critical asset classes, to assess structural adequacy, remaining service life, rehabilitation and ongoing maintenance strategies. The Township will also be developing a corporate asset management policy to guide the development of its corporate asset management plan, which will tie the new information from the roads study and facilities assessment together with all other township asset classes and services.Asset management and capital planning software will be acquired and implemented by the Township in accordance with the asset management policy and plan guidelines and overall process to give the Township greater internal capacity to better manage all planning activities throughout each asset’s lifecycle.
