Description
The Town of Regina Beach will evaluate asset management gaps and risks, and develop a strategic asset management plan, to prioritize development and implementation of asset management with identified levels of service. The project will develop inventory and condition assessment for non-linear assets, fill information gaps in linear inventory and condition information, and develop asset investment plans for the Town's major asset groups. Finally, a monitoring and reporting strategy will be developed and implemented to update Council on progress and initiatives
