Description
The Village of Medstead will work with the Rural Municipality of Medstead and Rural Municipality of Parkdale No. 498 in northwest Saskatchewan to improve asset management capacity in each individual community and collectively within the region. The Village of Medstead is in the early stages of asset management. The scope of this project includes data collection and the development of policy, people and the strategy. Specifically, the municipality will: Create an Asset Management Policy Participate in capacity building and training workshops Develop an Asset Management Strategy and Roadmap Collect field data for all assets (roadways, sidewalks, wter, sewer, drainage/culverts, equipment, buildings, and signs).
