Description
Lethbridge County will arrange for IAM training for some of its employees. Following the training, the County will develop an asset management strategy, framework and develop an asset management roadmap for the County, with the help of a consultant.IAM Training: Three-day comprehensive infrastructure asset management training and certificate course that is aligned with the Institute of Asset Management Professional Certificate Exam. The course includes high quality training materials and engaging exercises that follow ISO 55OOO, PAS 55 standards and the IAM’s learning framework.An RFP process will source professional services to guide and direct Lethbridge County in the development on an Asset Management Strategy, Framework, and Road Map; delivery of an Asset Management Plan; and a Maturity Assessment. The outcome of this project will be a document that will support, identify, and MAMP 15615 (27 pages) guide a focused approach towards achieving set AMbjectives for Lethbridge County. This current work plan and budget are Phase 1 of a multi-year implementation strategy for the County.
