Description
The Rural Municipality of Saltcoats No. 213 (RM) will develop asset management plans for four key assetsowned by the RM; the asset classes include transportation and buildings assets. Municipal staff will learnabout the life cycles costs of the various services provided and assist Council’s future decision making to ensure they work toward long-term sustainability of services.By working on this project with seven other municipalities and a major industry partner (Mosaic), this projectwill ensure that the region has an asset plan in place to handle any future economic development that may occur and also ensures the region’s sustainability.
