Description
The Municipality of Lakeshore will updated its 2017 Asset Management Plan. This update will re-evaluate the state of infrastructure and identify how the asset management and financial strategies are progressing. A needs assessment will be conducted to develop an asset management roadmap, an update will be completed on the core assets, and a framework for an Asset Management Manual will be developed to help the Municipality maintain its asset management plan and ensure continual linkage to capital budgeting.
