Description
Through this project, the Rural Municipality of Canwood will develop two asset management plans for its Transportation and, Buildings and Equipment asset classes. This project will involve municipal staff in learning about and discussing levels of service, risk and life cycle costs associated with providing various services. These plans will provide a framework to support Council decisions regarding funding levels going forward, and ensure that the R.M. work towards long-term sustainability of services for its community. The deliverables from this project will help to understand the current state of the R.M. infrastructure and the associated costs, levels of service and risks.
