Description
The Community of Boissevain-Morton is taking steps towards a comprehensive asset management plan to build capacity throughout the organization. Through this project, Boissevain will create the capacity and the tools to ensure asset management becomes a predictable operational activity, and that assets that are in need of repair or replacement are accounted for as a regular part of our capital planning. The Community will create a tangible, transferable documented asset management plan that it will use to inform capital planning. This project helps Boissevain to make fiscally responsible decisions and to help the Community continue to provide an exceptional level of service.
