Description
The Township will implement an Asset Management Strategy and CityWide Asset Manager/GIS Viewer Software, and develop an Asset Management Plan. The development of asset management plan and strategy and implementation of software will allow to gain an advanced understanding of assets performance and effectively plan for future maintenance based on data driven decisions. The asset management plan and strategy will be critical in complying with provincial regulations and enhancingoverall understanding of the asset management program. The implementation of asset management software will be a critical piece in continuing to advance our asset data.
