Description
The Town of Rose Blanche - Harbour le Cou will compile a complete inventory of the Town's major assets,including linear assets, buildings and structures, and fleet. The inventory will include attribute data such asage, condition, and material. The information will be organized in spreadsheet format as well as containedin the GIS. The Town will prepare State of Infrastructure Reports to summarize and present the informationin a format suitable for Council and the public. The Town will prioritize renewal and replacement projectsthrough a risk assessment process involving Council and staff to support a preliminary capital program.The Town will train its Council and staff in a training session providing an overview of asset managementconcepts and benefits, and the Town will draft an asset management policy to guide decisions around therenewal and replacement of infrastructure.
