Description
In this project, the City of Castlegar will develop a long-term fleet replacement plan and will assess the appropriateness of the fleet for the City’s usage needs. A reactionary approach to fleet management has been disruptive for staff and costly for the City. By completing an assessment of the fleet, a management plan based on solid analysis, and a clear path for implementation, the City aims to see a financially sustainable and dependable fleet that meets the needs of staff and services the community.
