Description
In order to work towards compliance with upcoming provincial regulations and improve asset data andcapacity in asset management, the Township of Otonabee-South Monaghan will purchase both a tangibleasset and capital planning & analysis software module, undertake training on the township new softwaresystems, and have data work done on the Township’s roads and buildings. The development of a holisticasset management program requires improved and integrated asset and financial data, as well as anorganization-wide understanding of the Township’s systems. This new capacity will ensure that theTownship is building an effective asset management program that will assist with making better informedinfrastructure investment decisions.
