Description
The Town of Wainwright will establish an asset management framework. The Town recently completed asset inventory data collection for roads, water line, sewer line, gas line, buildings, and other town owned assets. The Town will analyze the inventory data and develop asset management policies, strategies and plans to incorporate asset management into the budgeting process. The goal is to have the asset management framework serve as a guideline for each department and to develop a proactive asset replacement plan that is supported by the Town's capital budget.
