Description
The Town of Heart’s Content will develop an Asset Management Policy to guide decisions on services andinfrastructure. The Town will conduct an assessment of service levels and the risks to service delivery, toidentify high priorities for infrastructure replacement and renewal. The Town will generate a refined Stateof Infrastructure Report that will reflect the levels of service and the risk assessment outcomes; the reportwill present the information in an easy to read and understand format for Council and the public. The Townof Heart’s Content will prepare its 5-year capital program and prioritise renewal and replacement projectsthrough its risk assessment process.
