Description
The Rural Municipality of Medstead No. 497 will work with three municipalities in northwest Saskatchewan to improve asset management capacity in each individual community and collectively within the region. The municipality is in the early stages of asset management. The scope of this project has been designed to include the following activities: Create an Asset Management Policy; Participate in capacity building/training workshops; Develop an Asset Management Strategy, and Roadmap; Conduct data collection and asset condidtion assessments for roadways, culverts, equipment, buildings and signs.
